Instructions

  1. Knock the roulades lightly with the ball of your hand, rub in oil, pepper and brush with mustard.
  2. Place slices of bacon the size of the meat on top and roll tightly into roulades. Spike with several kebab skewers or toothpicks at the appropriate distance.
  3. Only now cut through between the skewers. Line up on kebab skewers
  4. Grill slowly over low heat.
