Ingredients

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon, leveled oregano, dried
  • 8 cocktail tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Paprika powder, noble sweet

Instructions

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and add a little salt. Wash the zucchini and remove the stalk. Cut into 12 even, 2 - 3 mm thick slices. Blanch in boiling salted water for about two to three minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water, drain and let cool down a little.
  2. In the meantime, cut the feta into 12 cubes. Season the feta in a bowl with olive oil and a little oregano, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper and stir gently.
  3. Roll up the zucchini slices each with a piece of cheese. Always alternate two skewers with a tomato and two courgette rolls. The conclusion is a tomato again.
  4. Grill directly on the grill over high heat until the zucchini is lightly browned.
