  • Champignon (large) – 1 pc.
  • Onions (red) – 1 pc.
  • Dill – 1 bunch
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Dried Provencal herbs – 1 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste

  1. We soak the skewers in water in advance so that they do not burn when cooking on the grill.
  2. We wash vegetables and mushrooms, chop coarsely. Chop the garlic. We put everything in a bowl.
