Ingredients

  • 2 piece (s) duck breast (each 350 - 400 g)
  • 1 pineapple
  • 3 red pepper (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • olive oil
  • Black pepper from the mill
  • salt
  • Spice mixture (Chinese spice)

Instructions

  1. Rinse duck breasts with cold water and pat dry thoroughly with kitchen paper. Remove the skin and fat and cut the meat into cubes approx. 2-3 cm long.
  2. Divide the peppers, clean them, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces that are large enough to match the meat.
  3. Cut the pineapple into 2-3 cm wide slices, peel, remove the middle stalk and also cut into appropriately sized cubes.
  4. Peel and quarter the onions and press out the individual semicircular elements.
  5. Skewer the duck breast pieces alternately with the onion, paprika, pineapple, onion and again with the duck breast pieces.
  6. Mix the olive oil with the Chinese spices, pepper and salt and brush the skewers. Grill for about 10 minutes while turning several times until crispy.
