- Rinse duck breasts with cold water and pat dry thoroughly with kitchen paper. Remove the skin and fat and cut the meat into cubes approx. 2-3 cm long.
- Divide the peppers, clean them, remove the seeds, wash and cut into pieces that are large enough to match the meat.
- Cut the pineapple into 2-3 cm wide slices, peel, remove the middle stalk and also cut into appropriately sized cubes.
- Peel and quarter the onions and press out the individual semicircular elements.
- Skewer the duck breast pieces alternately with the onion, paprika, pineapple, onion and again with the duck breast pieces.
- Mix the olive oil with the Chinese spices, pepper and salt and brush the skewers. Grill for about 10 minutes while turning several times until crispy.
