Cut the chicken breast into small 1 cm strips and place in a bowl. Then cut the chipotles into small pieces and add the red wine, soy sauce, salt, chopped garlic and the juice of half a lemon. Let the whole thing stand for at least an hour and then sear it. The chicken strips taste very good with salads, with rice (you can also use the rest of the marinade as a flavor base here) or on baguette.
