Mix all ingredients except for the chicken wings to a marinade. Best in a shaker or in a blender. The advantage in the mixer is the thicker consistency of the marinade. Let the chicken wings soak in the marinade for at least 4 hours.
When grilling in the oven afterwards, first brown the wings from the underside, then turn them over and grill until they are crispy. Brush with marinade more often when grilling.
