Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into thin slices.
  2. Heat the peanut oil in a wok and fry the chicken briefly until it is just cooked through. Take out and pour off the excess oil.
  3. Then briefly sear the meat again on all sides in the wok. Now add pepper to taste and the garlic. Add the sugar, the oyster sauce and the soy sauce. Stir everything again to finish.
  4. Serve with rice.
