Instructions

  1. First marinate the meat and let it steep for about an hour. To do this, peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces. Mix with 1/4 teaspoon sambal oelek, 2 tablespoon soy sauce and 1 tablespoon oil. Cut the meat into small pieces and mix with the marinade.
  2. In the meantime, divide the broccoli into small florets and cook in salted boiling water for about 3 minutes. It should still be a bit firm to the bite. Cut the peppers into small pieces, peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces. The carrots shouldn`t be too thick, otherwise they won`t be cooked. Cut the spring onions into small rings.
  3. Then fry the meat vigorously, it should be done. Then take the meat out of the pan and fry the vegetables until everything is done but still has a bit of bite. Finally add the broccoli briefly and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Take the vegetables out of the pan and mix the remaining ingredients into a sauce in the pan. To do this, add 8 tablespoons of soy sauce, remaining sambal oelek, peanut butter and just under 0.5 l of water. Bring to the boil until the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add the meat and vegetables and cook for another two minutes.
  6. Serve with rice as required.
