If you need a recipe for an original minced chicken dish, then you’ve found it. Today we cook chicken zrazy with ham and cheese, baked in the oven. Ruby minced chicken crust with ham and melted cheese inside. A very successful and harmonious combination!
Add flour, salt, and ground black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
While the mixture chills, fold each ham slice in half and wrap with a cheese slice.
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Form 5 equal-sized balls from the chilled mixture, each about 100g.
Flatten each ball into a thin patty. Place a ham-and-cheese bundle on the edge, then fold the edges of the patty over to completely enclose the filling.
Coat each zrazy with breadcrumbs, pressing gently so they adhere.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry each zrazy for 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Transfer all zrazy to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes until the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) internally.
