Chicken Zrazy with Ham and Cheese, in the Oven

If you need a recipe for an original minced chicken dish, then you’ve found it. Today we cook chicken zrazy with ham and cheese, baked in the oven. Ruby minced chicken crust with ham and melted cheese inside. A very successful and harmonious combination!

Servings: 5


  • Minced chicken – 500 g
  • Hard cheese – 125 g (5 slices)
  • Ham – 125 g (5 slices)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs – 6 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp


  1. Transfer the minced meat to a large bowl, add the egg.
  2. Pour in the flour, add salt and ground pepper to taste.
  3. Mix the minced meat well and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Prepare ham and hard cheese.
  5. Fold each slice of ham in half and wrap with cheese.
  6. Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. Form 5 balls from minced meat (each ball weighs about 100 g).
  7. Make a flat cake from a ball of minced meat, put cheese and ham on the edge.
  8. Connect the edges of the minced meat to form a patty Dip the cutlet in breadcrumbs. In the same way, form zrazy from the remaining minced meat and ham with cheese.
  9. Put the zrazy in a frying pan preheated with vegetable oil and fry on each side for 2 minutes.
  10. Put all the fried zrazy on a baking sheet and send to an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (be guided by your oven).
  11. Delicious chicken zrazy with ham and cheese, baked in the oven, are ready. Good appetite!
