Meat Zrazy – “Eggs” with Mashed Potatoes and Cheese (in the Oven)

Another tasty and interesting minced meat recipe is meat zrazy with mashed potatoes and cheese (in the oven). It is easy to prepare, all products are available. Suitable for both a family dinner and a festive feast. Today we are preparing zrazy “eggs” from minced meat. Try it for your health!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 g
  • Boiled potatoes – 400 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Butter – 50 g
  • Bulb onion – 1 pc.
  • Ground turmeric – 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We start with the yolk. For him, rub a piece of cheese on a fine grater. Add 20 grams of soft butter
  2. Add turmeric. Mix everything well.
  3. We form small balls – “egg yolks”.
  4. Add the remaining butter and salt to the boiled potatoes to taste. Mash the potatoes in mashed potatoes. Now let it cool down a bit (it will be easier to work with it).
  5. The last preparatory step is the meat casing for the “eggs”. We send the onion grated on a coarse grater into the minced meat.
  6. Add salt and black pepper (you can add your favorite meat spices). We knead everything well.
  7. We beat the minced meat on the table for several minutes. The minced meat will become elastic and uniform.
  8. We turn on the oven to heat up to 200 degrees. Wrap cheese “yolk” in potatoes (a couple of tablespoons). We form a “testicle”.
  9. And now we form a “shell” of minced meat on top of the potato. I used a plastic mold from children’s toys (big eggs with a surprise) – they turn out like real big eggs.
  10. We put the “eggs” from minced meat in a mold (I have a silicone one for baking) and send them to an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  11. We bake zrazy “eggs” from minced meat, with potato and cheese filling, in the oven for 40 minutes. You can literally sprinkle cheese on the zrazy just before you finally take it out of the oven – it will also be very good.
  12. This is their structure, the “yolk” stretches. Everything turned out beautifully, tasty and effective.
