Mix the minced chicken with onions, aromatic parsley and dill, and an egg. Let’s form chicken cutlets, inside of which we add a surprise – a few beans. Simple and unusual.
Peel the onions, rinse and cut into small cubes. Rinse the dill and parsley greens, shake and chop finely.
Add onion, dill, parsley, egg, salt, and ground pepper to the minced meat. Mix everything thoroughly. We make cakes from minced meat. Put 6-8 beans in the middle of the cakes, connect the edges, and form zrazy.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Fry the zrazy on each side over high heat for 2-3 minutes. Then add some water to the pan, cover with a lid, and simmer the zrazy over low heat for 15-20 minutes.
Serve hot chicken zrazy with canned beans.
