Zrazy from Beans and Cabbage

Delicious and satisfying vegetable lean dish.

Ingredients

  • Boiled beans (it is better to take colored beans, they are denser) – 2 cups
  • Stewed sour cabbage (you can make a filling from fresh cabbage) – 150 g
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp
  • Breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Soak and boil the beans in advance. Put out sauerkraut or fresh. If you use fresh cabbage for the filling, then it must be finely chopped and fried until soft in vegetable oil along with onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. The beans are still warm, knead with a crush or blender, but not until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. If the bean mass is not thick enough and does not stick well, add one tablespoon of flour.
  3. Take a little bean mass in the palm of your hand, put the cabbage filling in the middle, close up, and roll the zrazy. Roll the zrazy with cabbage in breadcrumbs.
  4. Then there are two options. You can fry the zrazy in oil in a pan. Or, if you want less fat and more benefits, put the zrazy on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil and put the zrazy with cabbage in the oven for 25-30 minutes, preheated to 180 degrees.
  5. Bean zrazy with cabbage is delicious served with ketchup. Enjoy your meal!
