Brush or peel the carrots. Then cut into pieces and then into thin slices. Cut the cleaned spring onions into rolls. Cut the cucumber into approx. 1 cm thick slices and then quarter them. Add the chickpeas that have been rinsed in a sieve beforehand.
Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Add the juice of half a lemon and mix everything again thoroughly.
Quarter the cleaned peppers and cut into narrow strips. Mix a third of it into the salad and decorate the other two thirds over it.
