Ingredients
- 4 carrot (s)
- 4 spring onion (s)
- 1 cucumber (s)
- 480 g canned chickpeas, alternatively also dried ones (these have to be soaked overniht beforehand and then dried
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 0.5 ½ lemon (organic) and the juice it
- 1 bell pepper (s), red (optionally other color)

- Brush or peel the carrots. Then cut into pieces and then into thin slices. Cut the cleaned spring onions into rolls. Cut the cucumber into approx. 1 cm thick slices and then quarter them. Add the chickpeas that have been rinsed in a sieve beforehand.
- Mix everything together and season with salt and pepper. Add the juice of half a lemon and mix everything again thoroughly.
- Quarter the cleaned peppers and cut into narrow strips. Mix a third of it into the salad and decorate the other two thirds over it.
