Instructions

  1. Chop the first 6 ingredients up to and including breadcrumbs in a blender. Add egg, nuts and season with salt and pepper. Shape some burgers out of the mixture and fry in the oil. Let rest a little. If the mixture is too thin, add breadcrumbs.
  2. Bake the sesame rolls. Place the burger, onions and tomatoes on top.
