Let’s prepare the ingredients for making a chocolate cake. Let’s brew strong coffee (you can use both instant coffee and brewed coffee). Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
Break eggs into a bowl and add sugar.
Beat with a whisk until smooth and white.
Add chickpea flour, baking powder and coffee.
Mix thoroughly.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath (a saucepan with a little water, and a bowl on top).

We spread the dough in a small dia mold pre-oiled (no more than 20 cm). Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
