  • Chocolate – 80 g
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Coffee (strong brewed) – 50 ml
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients for making a chocolate cake. Let’s brew strong coffee (you can use both instant coffee and brewed coffee). Turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Break eggs into a bowl and add sugar.
  3. Beat with a whisk until smooth and white.
  4. Add chickpea flour, baking powder and coffee.

  6. Melt the chocolate in a water bath (a saucepan with a little water, and a bowl on top).
  7. Add melted chocolate to the dough.
  8. Mix the dough.
  9. We spread the dough in a small dia mold pre-oiled (no more than 20 cm). Put in the oven for 30 minutes.

  10. Let the finished cake cool down and take it out of the mold.
    The chocolate cake is dense (like a gingerbread) and fragrant.
  11. Sprinkle with icing sugar on top.
