- Soak the chickpeas in cold water overnight.
- Cook the chickpeas in the soaking water for about 1 hour. Pour off the cooking water and roughly mash the chickpeas with a fork.
- Finely dice the carrots and peppers and add to the chickpeas. Chop the parsley and add it.
- Cut the spring onions into fine rings and add to the chickpeas as well.
- Season to taste with curry powder, soy sauce, paprika powder and cayenne pepper.
- Add the egg yolks to the chickpea mixture and combine with the breadcrumbs and oat flakes to form a firm mixture.
- Then shape the mixture into patties and bake in oil until golden brown on each side.
