Clean the cicoree and cut into strips. Core and finely grate the apples and mix with the sauce later.
Put yoghurt, banana, lemon juice, crushed garlic clove, rapeseed oil and curry in a blender and puree, season with honey, salt and pepper. Add the grated apples, stir and pour everything over the chicory.
Possibly sprinkle a handful of walnuts over the salad.
