Instructions
Cut the chicory into strips and remove the bitter stalk. Crumble the Roquefort and sprinkle over it, chop the walnuts and sprinkle over them. Make a vinaigrette from vinegar and olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
Doesn`t look so nice, but it tastes delicious.
