Ingredients
- 2 chicory
- 50 g blue cheese, (Roquefort)
- 7 walnuts
- Vinegar, (red wine vinegar)
- olive oil
- Pepper from the grinder
- sea-salt

- Cut the chicory into strips and remove the bitter stalk. Crumble the Roquefort and sprinkle over it, chop the walnuts and sprinkle over them. Make a vinaigrette from vinegar and olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
- Doesn`t look so nice, but it tastes delicious.
