Ingredients

  • 2 chicory
  • 50 g blue cheese, (Roquefort)
  • 7 walnuts
  • Vinegar, (red wine vinegar)
  • olive oil
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • sea-salt

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicory into strips and remove the bitter stalk. Crumble the Roquefort and sprinkle over it, chop the walnuts and sprinkle over them. Make a vinaigrette from vinegar and olive oil and season with sea salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
  2. Doesn`t look so nice, but it tastes delicious.
