Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a saucepan until crumbly. Depending on your taste, add onion and garlic powder (or fresh ones).
  2. In the meantime, clean and dice the peppers and add to the meat together with the corn and kidney beans and fry them a little. Then pour the tomatoes through, season to taste and simmer for approx. 20 - 30 minutes so that the beans become soft.
  3. Then serve on the plate with a dollop of sour cream.
  4. It goes well with flatbread or rice.
