Prepare the fries as described on the package. Dissolve the cornstarch in a little water and set aside. Bring the milk with the butter to the boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and stir in the cornstarch until the mixture has thickened a little. Add garlic granules, onion granules and paprika powder and mix well. Stir in the cheese until it is completely melted. If necessary, season the sauce with salt and pepper. Heat the chilli. Pour the finished chilli and cheese sauce over the finished fries.
