  1. Heat the cream together with the cream cheese in a saucepan over low heat. Add the Scheibletten cheese to the saucepan and stir well as the cheese is easy to set. In the meantime, finely chop the garlic and chillies and add to the saucepan as soon as the cheese has melted.
