Dice the onions, garlic and chillies or habaneros and sweat together until the onions are translucent. Add the cumin powder, chilli powder and tomato paste and sauté briefly again. Just before burning, add the minced meat and fry until it is cooked through, then add the wheat beer and simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add the chopped canned tomatoes, the cinnamon stick, salt and pepper and simmer for 60 - 90 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the beans, corn and chocolate and simmer for another 30 minutes.
Of course it tastes even better on the second day.! I like to eat guacamole and fresh flatbread with it.
