Instructions

  1. Make a smooth dough from the flour, sour cream, a little salt and melted butter. Chill briefly (not too long, otherwise the dough will be too firm and can no longer be rolled out nicely).
  2. In the meantime, put the minced meat in a bowl. Knead well with tomato paste, ketchup, oregano, cumin, chili powder and paprika powder.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Briefly sauté both in a large pan. Add the minced meat and fry until there is no more liquid. Stir in the corn and kidney beans. Season a little more if necessary.
  4. Grease a quiche pan a little. Roll out the dough and place in the mold. Prick a few times with a fork. Put the minced meat mixture on the dough and sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
