Ingredients
For the dough:
- 220 g flour
- 80 g sour cream
- 140 g butter, melt
- salt
- Fat for the shape
For the filling: (chili con carne)
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 100 g tomato paste
- 5 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- oregano
- cumin
- Paprika powder
- Chilli powder
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 small Can corn
- 100 g cheese, rated
For the cast:
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 ml milk
- salt and pepper

- Make a smooth dough from the flour, sour cream, a little salt and melted butter. Chill briefly (not too long, otherwise the dough will be too firm and can no longer be rolled out nicely).
- In the meantime, put the minced meat in a bowl. Knead well with tomato paste, ketchup, oregano, cumin, chili powder and paprika powder.
- Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces. Briefly sauté both in a large pan. Add the minced meat and fry until there is no more liquid. Stir in the corn and kidney beans. Season a little more if necessary.
- Grease a quiche pan a little. Roll out the dough and place in the mold. Prick a few times with a fork. Put the minced meat mixture on the dough and sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
- Whisk the eggs with the milk and season with salt and pepper. Then pour over the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 45 minutes.
