Halve and core the fresh chili peppers (rubber gloves!). Grind the chillies together with the sugar in a blender until a very fine sugar dust is formed (be careful - spicy!). Stir butter until foamy, stir in chili sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Finely grate the chocolate and stir in as well. Finally, add flour and use a spoon to place small heaps on the baking sheet lined with baking paper (leave enough space as the dough will still spread a little).
Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
Tip:
Instead of fresh chili peppers, you can also use dried pods, use wholemeal flour or add extra chocolate chips at the end.
