Ingredients
- 115 g butter, soft
- 115 g cane suar
- 2 egg (s)
- 225 grams flour
- 150 g chocolate (dark)
- 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh
- 1 packet vanilla sugar

- Halve and core the fresh chili peppers (rubber gloves!). Grind the chillies together with the sugar in a blender until a very fine sugar dust is formed (be careful - spicy!). Stir butter until foamy, stir in chili sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Finely grate the chocolate and stir in as well. Finally, add flour and use a spoon to place small heaps on the baking sheet lined with baking paper (leave enough space as the dough will still spread a little).
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
- Tip:
- Instead of fresh chili peppers, you can also use dried pods, use wholemeal flour or add extra chocolate chips at the end.
