  • 115 g butter, soft
  • 115 g cane suar
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 225 grams flour
  • 150 g chocolate (dark)
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), fresh
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Halve and core the fresh chili peppers (rubber gloves!). Grind the chillies together with the sugar in a blender until a very fine sugar dust is formed (be careful - spicy!). Stir butter until foamy, stir in chili sugar, vanilla sugar and eggs. Finely grate the chocolate and stir in as well. Finally, add flour and use a spoon to place small heaps on the baking sheet lined with baking paper (leave enough space as the dough will still spread a little).
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 190 ° C for about 10-15 minutes.
