Instructions

  1. Cut the turkey meat into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces.
  2. Season the turkey with enough curry and chilli, as well as salt and pepper, possibly also add sambal oelek to taste.
  3. Fry the turkey in a little oil. Add the mushrooms and fry until cooked through.
