Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan and fry the pork strips over high heat until they are hot and golden brown. Season with salt, pepper and 2 teaspoons of paprika powder and then remove. Put 1 tablespoon of oil in the pan. Add the diced paprika and the onion and pepper strips. Squeeze in the two cloves of garlic and sauté everything. Pour 2 teaspoons of paprika over it and sauté briefly. Add the vegetable stock and spice ketchup, stir and let simmer uncovered over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the meat again and heat it up briefly. If necessary, season with salt, pepper and paprika powder. Sprinkle with the chives and serve.
