Cut the onion into small pieces. Let it become translucent in a little olive oil. Dice meat loaf and fry with it. Deglaze with the tomatoes (including the juice). If necessary, add a little broth later. Chop the garlic and add it with the spices. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Drain the beans and add at the end. Let simmer briefly.
