- Peel the ginger and cut into thin slices. Peel and squeeze the lemons thinly. Cut the chilli peppers into thin slices.
- Simmer the ginger, chilli, lemon peel, lemon juice, water and sugar for 10 minutes. Add the double grain.
- Put everything in a large glass and let it steep for 4 weeks. After the 4 weeks, filter the liqueur and enjoy.
