Work the butter, eggs, 250 g flour, baking powder, salt and pepper into a dough.
Finely chop the garlic, chilli peppers and olives and mix with the remaining 10 g flour, then add to the dough and knead well. Shape into 2 rolls with a diameter of approx. 4 cm and chill in the refrigerator for an hour.
Then bake at 180 ° C (fan oven 160 ° C) for 20 minutes. Let cool a little and cut the rolls into 1 cm wide slices. Bake the slices for another 20-25 minutes using the same setting.
Store in tin cans so that the hearty cantuccini will stay crispy.
