Instructions

  1. Wash the prawns well and drain them, then mix with a pinch of salt.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce.
  3. Heat the oil in the wok and add the prawns. Fry briefly over high heat until red. Add the ginger, chilli and garlic and cook briefly, then add the sauce and mix.
  4. Garnish with the spring onions and serve with rice.
