Pour the berries into a container and puree them finely with a blender. Add yoghurt, ¾ of the desiccated coconut and honey and mix everything well (do not puree any more!). Spread in molds and place in the freezer for about 2 hours, increasing the freezing time if necessary.
Serve garnished with one or two berries and the remaining desiccated coconut.
A wonderful dessert in hot summer temperatures and figure-friendly!
