Ingredients
- 250 g natural yourt 0.1% fat
- 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
- 150 g berries, fresh or frozen (e.. blueberries, strawberries, currants, also cherries)
- 1 tablespoon honey or diet sugar

- Pour the berries into a container and puree them finely with a blender. Add yoghurt, ¾ of the desiccated coconut and honey and mix everything well (do not puree any more!). Spread in molds and place in the freezer for about 2 hours, increasing the freezing time if necessary.
- Serve garnished with one or two berries and the remaining desiccated coconut.
- A wonderful dessert in hot summer temperatures and figure-friendly!
