Ingredients
- 350 g yourt
- 100 ml cream
- 150 ml syrup (elderflower syrup)
- 15 g pistachios, kernels, finely chopped

- Mix together the yogurt and elderflower syrup. Whip the cream until stiff and add it to the mixture. Stir in the ice cream maker for 20 minutes.
- Fill the sorbet in a piping bag with a large star nozzle and squirt into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
