Instructions

  1. Mix together the yogurt and elderflower syrup. Whip the cream until stiff and add it to the mixture. Stir in the ice cream maker for 20 minutes.
  2. Fill the sorbet in a piping bag with a large star nozzle and squirt into chilled glasses. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
