Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Drain well. Peel the carrots and cut into fine strips or slice. Quarter the cabbage, remove the stalk and cut into 1 cm fine strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan or wok and fry the vegetables in it. Add the ham, season with pepper and stir-fry for a maximum of 5 minutes. Season with soy sauce and sambal olek and serve.
  3. Sprinkle with spring onions.
