Instructions

  1. Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips, cut the onions with the green into slices.
  2. Mince ramen noodles with a hammer. Fry together with the almonds in the hot butter until everything is golden brown. Let cool down.
  3. Make a dressing out of sugar, oil, soy sauce and vinegar. Shake well. Now mix all the ingredients well and let it steep for another 15 minutes.
  4. If you still need some color for this salad, you can add a chopped red pepper.
