- Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips, cut the onions with the green into slices.
- Mince ramen noodles with a hammer. Fry together with the almonds in the hot butter until everything is golden brown. Let cool down.
- Make a dressing out of sugar, oil, soy sauce and vinegar. Shake well. Now mix all the ingredients well and let it steep for another 15 minutes.
- If you still need some color for this salad, you can add a chopped red pepper.
