Instructions

  1. Remove the leaves from the Chinese cabbage, wash, cut off the ends, cut once lengthways and then cut into slices.
  2. Cut the bell pepper, cucumber and feta into small pieces and add.
  3. Dice the onions, cook them in an open container in the microwave for a minute, then they are easier to digest. This does not apply to spring onions. Then stir in.
  4. Drain the corn and add half the can.
  5. Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, possibly herbs and pepper. Add the oil. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.
