Ingredients
- 400 g Chinese cabbae
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small onion (s) or spring onion
- 140 g canned corn
- 150 g cucumber (s)
- 125 g feta cheese or herder cheese
- 1 ½ tablespoon vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 0.75 teaspoon ¾ salt
- some pepper
- Herbs, e.g., parsley

- Remove the leaves from the Chinese cabbage, wash, cut off the ends, cut once lengthways and then cut into slices.
- Cut the bell pepper, cucumber and feta into small pieces and add.
- Dice the onions, cook them in an open container in the microwave for a minute, then they are easier to digest. This does not apply to spring onions. Then stir in.
- Drain the corn and add half the can.
- Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, possibly herbs and pepper. Add the oil. Pour the sauce over the salad and mix well.
