  • 350 g Chinese cabbae
  • 150 g pineapple, pieces, from the can, please collect the juice
  • 50 g cream
  • 50 ml pineapple juice
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
  • salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Mix with the pineapple pieces in a bowl. Prepare a marinade in a small bowl of cream, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika powder and pour over the salad and mix everything together. Possibly season again to taste.
