- 350 g Chinese cabbae
- 150 g pineapple, pieces, from the can, please collect the juice
- 50 g cream
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- salt
- Pepper from the grinder
- Paprika powder

- Clean and wash the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Mix with the pineapple pieces in a bowl. Prepare a marinade in a small bowl of cream, pineapple juice, vinegar, salt, pepper and paprika powder and pour over the salad and mix everything together. Possibly season again to taste.
