- 1 small onion (s)
- 3 tablespoon oil
- 2 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper

- Remove the outer leaves from the Chinese cabbage, halve the Chinese cabbage, cut into narrow strips, wash and drain well.
- Peel the onion, dice finely, mix with oil, vinegar, ketchup, mustard and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Mix with the Chinese cabbage. Serve the salad immediately.
