Chinese Cabbage Salad with American Sauce

Instructions
Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips. Finely chop the onion.
For the dressing, mix the onions with the spices, sugar, juice, vinegar and oil. I always use a large shaker for it. Mix the dressing with the Chinese cabbage before serving.
