- 1 head Chinese cabbage
- 1 onion (s)
- 35 g suar
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 ½ teaspoon paprika powder, noble sweet
- 5 tablespoon orange juice
- 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 cup oil

- Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips. Finely chop the onion.
- For the dressing, mix the onions with the spices, sugar, juice, vinegar and oil. I always use a large shaker for it. Mix the dressing with the Chinese cabbage before serving.
