- 1 Chinese cabbage
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can tuna, in its own juice
- 2 tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch herbs, mixed

- Wash / clean the Chinese cabbage and cut into strips. Drain and chop the tuna, wash and chop the herbs, mix with the other ingredients to make a sauce. Mix Chinese cabbage and sauce, season to taste and, if necessary, add seasoning.
